Job Title: Golf Shop Attendant Job Type: Part-Time Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Golf Shop Attendant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for golf or customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. The Golf Shop Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily shop operations, and ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide a high level of customer service Operate point-of-sale system for merchandise, tee times, and services Assist customers with golf merchandise selection and purchases Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop Restock inventory and assist with merchandising displays Answer phone calls and schedule tee times Provide information about course rules, rates, and events Support tournament and event operations as needed Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Knowledge of golf equipment and terminology is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math and computer skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Dependable and team-oriented attitude Benefits: Competitive hourly wage Join our team and be part of a great golf experience!
