About the Role As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be accountable for exceptional food, customer service, and operations by managing all front-of-house and back-of-house functions while directing and motivating our team to provide customer service that elicits genuine smiles from our guests. The AM will also be responsible for the start-up and shut-down of the restaurant's equipment and processes, restaurant inventory, managing store financials, and performing administrative duties.
