Restaurant Manager

Kirkbrae Country Club is seeking an experienced Dining Room Manager to lead our front-of-house dining operation. We are looking for a hands-on hospitality professional who is visible on the floor, builds relationships with members, develops staff, and takes ownership of the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily dining room and front-of-house operations. Lead, train, schedule, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff. Maintain a strong management presence during service. Build relationships with members and ensure an exceptional dining experience. Set clear service standards and hold staff accountable. Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities. Maintain dining room appearance, cleanliness, and organization. Handle member concerns professionally and promptly. Work closely with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee performance management. Ensure compliance with Club policies, health regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications

3–5 years of management experience in a private club, fine dining, upscale restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment. Private club experience preferred. Proven ability to lead and motivate a service team. Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and hospitality standards. Excellent communication and member-service skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and Club events.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
