Front Desk Receptionist

Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at our golf course. This role involves managing guest interactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere.Manage reservations and tee time bookings efficiently through phone or in-person inquiries.Answer questions related to the food and beverage, golf course, services offered, and general information.Handle check-ins and check-outs for guests, ensuring accurate record-keeping.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.Coordinate with staff to ensure timely service and smooth daily operations.Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.Provide information about memberships, events, and promotions as needed.Experience

Previous experience in customer service or front desk reception is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Comfortable working with reservation systems and basic computer applications.Prior experience in a hospitality or golf course setting is a plus but not required.This paid position offers an opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences at our golf course.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
