Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Greenskeeper to join our growing team. This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities, focusing on golf course/ landscape maintenance and general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, gardening, and the use of various tools to maintain our outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance on irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance. Conduct landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and planting as needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks. Execute lawn care activities such as fertilization, aeration, mowing, trimming, raking. Assist in gardening tasks, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment used in maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects efficiently. Skills Knowledge of Landscape maintenance techniques. Knowledge of lawn care practices. Experience with hand tools and power tools commonly used in landscaping and maintenance work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve project goals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks performed. Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
