Toledo Country Club, a prestigious private member club established in 1897, is looking for a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our culinary team. What You'll Do
Execute menu items to specification during service with speed and consistencyAssist with daily prep work including breaking down proteins, fabricating vegetables, and preparing sauces, stocks, and mise en placeMaintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked station at all timesFollow all food safety and sanitation standardsCommunicate effectively with the expo and front of house team during serviceAdapt to varying volume — from intimate member dining to full-scale banquet and event serviceSupport the kitchen team wherever needed with a positive, team-first attitudeWhat We're Looking For
1+ years of line cook or kitchen experience preferredSolid knife skills and foundational cooking techniquesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining qualityReliable, punctual, and takes direction wellServSafe certification or willingness to obtainFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasonWhat We Offer
