Server/Bartender

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our Members and Guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu

- Serve food and beverages to Members and Guests promptly and accurately

- Monitor Member and Guest satisfaction while promptly addressing any concerns or issues

- Process payments

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is required

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus

- Familiarity with food service procedures, including food preparation, handling and safety guidelines

- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated

- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing

Pay: From $12.15 per hour
