Golfers and the community expect a course that is safe, attractive and well kept every day. As Assistant Golf Course Superintendent, you'll lead the maintenance crew day to day and work alongside them on mowing, irrigation, bunkers and course setup. You'll also train and coach the team. You report to the Golf Course Superintendent and step in for them during short absences.

This role suits a hands-on turf professional who likes leading people as much as caring for the course.

Have 2+ years of supervisory experience in golf course, park, landscape or grounds maintenance Like working alongside your crew instead of managing from a desk Know turf, irrigation and grounds equipment Enjoy training, coaching and building a positive team Are comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
