Assistant Golf Course Superintendent — Lead Turf Maintenance

West Shore Country Club in Camp Hill, PA is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Golf Course Superintendent in maintaining tees, greens, fairways, bunkers, and surrounding areas on our 164-acre facility. The role involves directing daily maintenance tasks, training grounds staff, managing inventory, and helping plan annual operating budgets for turf care and equipment, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Weekend mornings and holidays are required.
