## About the Role At Cowboys Golf Club in Grapevine, Texas, we're looking for a Member Relations Coordinator who shares our passion for creating exceptional member experiences. As the world's only NFL-themed golf club, we blend championship golf with rich tradition and premium hospitality. Our team thrives on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for everyone we serve. ## What You'll Do You'll be the welcoming, knowledgeable point of contact for both current and prospective members—whether in person, by phone, or email. This role is all about making every member feel valued, informed, and engaged. You'll manage the new member onboarding process, from welcome communications to orientation and account setup. Keeping accurate member records, handling billing and renewals, and tracking status changes are key parts of the job. You'll also plan and coordinate member events, clinics, socials, and appreciation functions alongside our golf and food & beverage teams. Tracking member engagement and satisfaction is important—you'll proactively address concerns and escalate issues when needed. Supporting membership sales by fielding inquiries, scheduling tours, and following up with leads will be part of your routine, as will producing member communications like newsletters, event invitations, and club updates. Collecting and reporting member feedback helps shape our programming and service standards. You'll coordinate with golf operations, dining, and events departments to ensure a seamless member experience across every touchpoint, always upholding the club's brand standards and hospitality culture. ## Who You Are You have 1-3 years of experience in member services, hospitality, customer service, or a related field—private club or golf industry experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills come naturally to you, and you have a genuine passion for hospitality. You're highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and events at once. You're comfortable with membership management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. A professional, positive demeanor with a member-first mindset is essential. You're flexible to work weekends, evenings, and club events as needed.
