Overview Stingers Golf Lounge is a locally owned hospitality concept in Zephyr Cove, Nevada — an upscale golf lounge, bar, and restaurant where great food and craft cocktails meet the excitement of TrackMan golf simulation. With two state-of-the-art golf simulators, an elevated casual dining menu, private event capabilities, and a social atmosphere that draws both locals and visitors, Stingers is one of Lake Tahoe's most distinctive new destinations. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager who thrives in hospitality, loves building team culture, and can confidently run a fast-paced, upscale environment while keeping every guest experience exceptional. Duties Oversee all daily restaurant, bar, and golf lounge operations Lead, train, schedule, and develop front and back of house staff Maintain high standards for hospitality, cleanliness, food quality, and service Partner with the Head Chef and bar team on seasonal menus, specialty cocktails, and F&B programming Continuously improve menu offerings, guest experience, and profitability Manage labor, inventory, ordering, and cost controlsCoordinate private events and group bookings Ensure compliance with Nevada health, safety, and alcohol regulations Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management Work closely with ownership to improve systems, profitability, and guest satisfaction Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and community partnerships Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively Be present on the floor and lead by example during every service Oversee TrackMan simulator bookings and entertainment experience Requirements 3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience required Experience in upscale casual dining, bar management, or entertainment venues strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Proven experience with scheduling, inventory systems, and labor management Knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and hospitality service standards Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, and events Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required What we're looking for Positive, solutions-oriented leadership style Strong team builder and culture creator Self-motivated and dependable Genuinely guest-focused mindset Takes pride in hospitality and operational excellence The environment Two TrackMan golf simulators Craft cocktail bar program Elevated casual dining Private events & group bookings Lake Tahoe's premier social venue Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
