Coral Hospitality, one of the top management companies in the hospitality industry, is currently searching for a hardworking Hostess for the Lake Blackshear Resort & Golf Club located in Cordele, Georgia!
This is a seasonal position starting March 1, 2026.

Lake Blackshear Resort has 10 lake cabins and 82 camp sites located on beautiful 8800-acre cypress lake with restaurant, bar, off site fitness center, conference center, marina with a lake restaurant, 18 hole-golf course designed by Denis Griffiths, hunting preserve, fishing and more.
Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef. The hostess is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating to ensure excellent service flow.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. You must be friendly and have a professional demeanor. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Have good organizational skills. Have basic knowledge of reservation systems.
Hours and days: Typically, Monday through Sunday with varying hours.
Typical Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrivalManage reservations and waitlistsEscort guests to tables and provide menusCoordinate seating with servers and managementAnswer phone calls and respond to inquiriesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house areaMonitor guest flow and wait timesHandle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessaryThank guests as they leavePhysical & Work Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periodsAbility to walk frequently and carry menus or small itemsProfessional appearance and grooming standardsAbility to work under pressure during peak hoursEducation and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
