Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and welcoming host for our dinner service. As the first point of contact, you will manage reservations, greet guests with warmth, and ensure smooth seating arrangements. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will set the tone for a positive atmosphere, encouraging guest satisfaction and repeat visits. This role is vital in maintaining efficient restaurant operations while delivering exceptional guest services.

Duties

Manage restaurant reservation systems to schedule and confirm guest bookings efficientlyGreet guests promptly with a friendly attitude, providing excellent customer service from arrival to seatingCoordinate with the dining team to assign tables, monitor wait times, and optimize seating flowAnswer phone inquiries professionally, providing information about reservations, wait times, and restaurant policiesMaintain organized waiting lists and communicate effectively with guests regarding their wait statusAssist with guest relations by addressing special requests or concerns courteously and promptlyOperate POS (Point of Sale) system to handle reservations and guest check-ins accuratelyRequirements

Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred; hospitality background is a plusStrong communication skills with clear phone etiquette and active listening abilitiesExcellent organizational skills to manage multiple tables and guest requests simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and hospitality focusJoin our team as a Host to bring energy, warmth, and efficiency to our dining experience.
