Resort Host-Hostess
If so, we invite you to become a part of our family at Cragun's Resort on Gull Lake as a Resort Host-Hostess. Our Food & Beverage team is dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality, and we believe that every guest deserves a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
We're looking for friendly, organized, and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about guest service. Ensure a smooth seating flow by following server rotation
Answer phone calls to help guests make reservations, address their questions, and take to-go orders
Keep the entrance and host area of the restaurant clean and inviting
A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help others
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Free use of pool and in/out recreation facilities
While prior restaurant experience is a plus, your passion for service is what truly matters to us.
