Position Summary
Riverwood Golf Club is seeking a friendly, dependable, and energetic Beverage Cart Attendant to provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests throughout the golf course.
The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for safely operating the beverage cart, selling and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and food items, and providing professional, attentive service that reflects Riverwood Golf Club’s hospitality standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all members and guests.Safely operate the beverage cart throughout the golf course while following designated cart routes and golf course rules.Stock the beverage cart before each shift with beer, liquor, non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, food items, ice, cups, napkins, straws, condiments, and all necessary supplies.Maintain proper product levels throughout the shift and restock as necessary.Accurately ring all purchases into the POS system and properly process all approved payment methods.Follow all Riverwood Golf Club procedures for beverage sales and payment accountability.Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, portions, and club standards.Check identification and follow all applicable laws and Riverwood Golf Club policies regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.Practice responsible alcohol service at all times.Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary, and fully stocked beverage cart throughout the shift.Properly clean, sanitize, restock, and secure the beverage cart at the end of each shift.Communicate with Food & Beverage Management regarding low inventory, equipment issues, member concerns, or other operational needs.Maintain knowledge of current beverage offerings, food items, pricing, specials, and club events.Anticipate member and guest needs while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.Work cooperatively with Food & Beverage, Golf Operations, and other Riverwood Golf Club departments.Follow all food safety, sanitation, uniform, appearance, and service standards.Perform additional Food & Beverage duties as assigned by management.Qualifications
Previous food and beverage, bartending, serving, hospitality, or customer-service experience REQUIRED.Must meet all legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to accurately handle payments and operate a POS system.Knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and basic mixed drinks is REQUIRED.Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.Ability to lift and carry beverage cases, ice, coolers, and other supplies as required.Ability to safely operate a beverage cart.Must be comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.Position requires working in Florida weather conditions, including heat, humidity, sun, wind, and occasional inclement weather.Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events.Service Expectations
The Beverage Cart Attendant is a highly visible representative of Riverwood Golf Club and the Food & Beverage Department. The attendant is expected to provide consistently friendly and professional service while maintaining a clean, organized, and properly stocked beverage cart.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
