Job Description Job Description Pro Shop Front Desk Our municipal golf course is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Seasonal Pro Shop Front Desk Attendant to join our team for the upcoming golf season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, interacting with golfers, and working in a beautiful outdoor setting. What You'll Do Greet golfers and providing excellent customer service Checking in players and processing tee times Operating the point-of-sale system for green fees, merchandise, and rentals Answering phone calls and providing information about tee times, rates, and course policies Assisting with merchandise sales and maintaining a clean, organized pro shop Coordinating golf cart rentals and communicating with outside service staff Supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth flow of play What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Strong communication and basic computer skills Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system Dependable and able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and professional pro shop environment Ready to join our team?
