Check-in and check-out guests and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all SOPs and LSOPs. Audit, balance, and report on the various areas of the hotel (e.g. rooms, front desk, golf shop, etc.) to provide accurate, timely information and to ensure IHR and Hotel policies and procedures are followed and to prevent fraud.
