Job Purpose The Greenskeeper is responsible for maintaining the golf course to ensure exceptional playing conditions. This role performs daily grounds maintenance, supports course presentation, and helps provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for golfers.

Responsibilities Mow and maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and other landscaped areas using specialized turf equipment. Rake, edge, repair, and maintain bunkers. Assist with irrigation system operation, troubleshooting, and basic repairs. Apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other turf treatments as directed and in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Set up the golf course for daily play, tournaments, and special events, including placing flags, tee markers, ropes, and signage. Repair divots, ball marks, worn turf, drainage issues, and other course conditions. Operate, clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools. Remove debris and maintain the overall appearance of the golf course and surrounding grounds. Follow all safety procedures related to equipment operation, chemical handling, and workplace hazards.
