Executive Chef Stone Harbor Golf Club – Cape May Court House, New Jersey Stone Harbor Golf Club is seeking a talented and driven Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu development, team leadership, and food quality across the club's dining outlets and events. We are looking for a chef who brings creativity, strong leadership, and a passion for hospitality while maintaining high standards of consistency, efficiency, and cost control. Key Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day culinary operations, including à la carte dining, banquets, weddings, and special eventsDevelop seasonal, innovative menus that align with member preferences and club standardsEnsure consistent food quality, presentation, and execution across all dining outletsRecruit, train, and develop kitchen team members while fostering a positive and professional kitchen cultureManage scheduling, labor costs, and staffing levels to meet business needsOversee food purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationshipsMaintain cost controls, including food cost, waste management, and portion consistencyEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standardsCollaborate with club leadership on events, programming, and the overall member experience Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, resort, or private club environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and retain a high-performing teamExperience with menu development, food costing, and kitchen financial managementAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsCulinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred What We're Looking For A hands-on leader who leads from the front and sets the tone in the kitchenSomeone who values consistency and execution just as much as creativityA chef who understands the importance of delivering exceptional dining experiences in a private club settingA team builder who creates a positive, accountable, and energized culture About Stone Harbor Golf Club Nestled in the heart of Cape May County, Stone Harbor Golf Club is one of southern New Jersey's premier private golf clubs, offering an exceptional golf, dining, and social experience for its members and guests.
