As a Poolside Server, you are primarily responsible for taking and serving food and beverage orders efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized pool area. Employees in this position are expected to have comprehensive knowledge of the poolside menu and beverages, including beer, wine, and liquors available at the club, enabling them to provide recommendations and engage members in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Servers must be prepared for potentially long hours and the stresses associated with busy shifts, especially during evenings, weekends, and the peak summer period from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. The job also requires adherence to strict safety, health, and liquor regulations to ensure member safety and compliance with legal standards. Candidates must hold a Food Handler Certificate and TABC Certification and be at least 18 years old to meet the job’s certification requirements.
