Responsibilities
Deliver engaging golf lessons and coaching sessions tailored to individual skill levels, from beginners to advanced playersOrganize and oversee group clinics, tournaments, and special events that promote participation and enjoymentAssist with course maintenance activities to ensure optimal playing conditions and safety standards are metProvide expert advice on equipment selection, course strategy, and game improvement techniquesFoster a positive environment by mentoring junior players and supporting their development in sportsmanship and skillMaintain accurate records of lessons, player progress, and program participationCollaborate with staff to promote club amenities, including practice facilities, fitness areas, and social eventsSkills
Proven experience as a PGA Professional or equivalent golf coaching certificationStrong knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and etiquetteExcellent teaching skills with the ability to work with diverse age groups and skill levelsEnergetic personality with a passion for sports coaching and player developmentAbility to manage behavior effectively and create an inclusive atmosphere for all participantsExperience working with children or in childcare settings is a plusFamiliarity with health club or gym environments enhances your ability to integrate fitness into golf training programsAdditional skills in sports such as basketball, cheerleading, climbing, martial arts (Karate, Judo), swimming or other physical activities are valued for creating well-rounded training experiencesJoin us to inspire others through the sport of golf while building a rewarding career dedicated to excellence in teaching and community engagement!
