Role Description
Maryland Golf & Country Clubs is seeking a full-time, on-site Director of Food and Beverage to lead and oversee all aspects of the club's dining and beverage operations in Bel Air, MD. Responsibilities include managing daily food service operations, maintaining high standards of culinary quality and customer satisfaction, overseeing the budget and cost controls, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and leading a team of culinary and service professionals. Additionally, the Director of Food and Beverage will foster an exceptional dining experience, aligning with the club's family-oriented values and top-tier service expectations.
Qualifications
Expertise in culinary skills, food service, and food & beverage operations, with a focus on delivering high-quality dining experiences.Strong customer satisfaction and team leadership skills to ensure excellent service and member engagement.Proficiency in budgeting and financial management, including tracking costs, minimizing waste, and optimizing profitability.Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations in the food and beverage industry.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a private club or hospitality setting, is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field is preferred.
