Position Summary The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for overseeing all dining, bar, and event operations at the club. This role leads food and beverage service, ensures exceptional member experiences, and partners closely with culinary leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality food and beverage offerings. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in private club, hospitality, or upscale dining environments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all food and beverage operations, including dining outlets, bar service, and member eventsLead, develop, and schedule team members to ensure exceptional service standardsPartner with culinary leadership to align service and culinary executionDrive a high-quality, consistent member experience across all dining and event offeringsManage labor and operating costs in alignment with budget goalsSupport planning and execution of club events, banquets, and social programmingMaintain compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulationsFoster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on service excellence and accountabilityQualifications
Minimum of 5 years of food & beverage management experienceExperience in private clubs, resorts, or upscale / full-service dining environments strongly preferredProven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality service standardsStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsHands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience managing budgets, labor, and cost controls preferred
