Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems (Lightspeed) Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to safety standards Ensure proper food handling, food safety practices, and cleanliness in all aspects of service Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently during shifts Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar stations and dining spaces Assist with banquet or catering events when needed, providing excellent service in various settings Use effective time management to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments (2-3 years exp.) Strong knowledge of POS systems for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with serving in banquet settings or catering events is a plus Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a hospitality setting Join us if you’re passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel special!
