*DutiesPrepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentationUse POS systems to process orders accurately, and manage tabs seamlesslyEngage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteouslyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all timesRestock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth operation during busy hoursManage multiple tasks effectively through excellent time management skills, especially during peak hours or events like banquets or nightclub nightsAssist with catering events or banquet services by serving drinks efficiently in a fast-paced environment*QualificationsProven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with strong knowledge of food industry standardsFamiliarity with Club Essentials preferredDemonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periodsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that encourages guest satisfactionKnowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulationsPrevious retail math or hospitality experience is advantageous; familiarity with brewing or catering is a plus
