Operations/Grounds Manager

Seeking a qualified Operations Manager who can manage the Community Association’s assets and Capital Projects. Candidate would be responsibile for overseeing contractors, making sure that the community and Board of Director’s expectations are being met. Understands how to work within a budget, reading and understanding blueprints and following permits which outline Federal, State and Local requirments.

The Ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot and have basic carpentry and mechanical skills necessary to perform minor projects in-house and properly supervise projects that are outsourced. The Operations Manager will work directly with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to create a safe, enjoyable community for Owners and Guests.

Must be willing to work during summer holidays and weather events as it is the sole responsibility to protect and maintain the Grounds and the Assets of this 37 acre community.
