Coastal Turf is a professional lawn care service provider committed to delivering high-quality, reliable, and customer-focused lawn care solutions. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Operations Manager who wants to take ownership of daily operations, build a strong team, grow sales, and play a key role in the long-term success of a growing branch.

Position Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation and performance of the Myrtle Beach branch. This role will oversee team members, scheduling, sales, customer service, production, and service quality while helping establish Coastal Turf as a trusted lawn care provider in the Myrtle Beach market.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational and communication skills who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and building a successful operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Myrtle Beach branch

- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop branch employees

- Manage team schedules and ensure efficient daily routing and production

- Oversee lawn care services and ensure work is completed to Coastal Turf standards

- Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and employee performance

- Generate and follow up on sales leads and help grow the customer base

- Identify opportunities to increase sales and branch profitability

- Operate, maintain, and oversee the safe use of company equipment and vehicles

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally

- Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

- Maintain accurate service, production, and operational records

- Assist with hands-on lawn care services and branch operations as needed

Qualifications

- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, or a related field preferred

- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred

- Strong work ethic and a commitment to professionalism

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Sales-minded and comfortable working with customers and leads

- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions

- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

- Ability to obtain and maintain any required state licenses or certifications

- Reliable, dependable, and committed to being part of a growing team

- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
