Experience
Proven experience in food production within a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining experience
Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a fast-paced culinary environment
Familiarity with banquet service, catering, and large-scale food preparation is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, inventory management, and kitchen operations
Experience in menu planning, shift management, and restaurant or food service management
Background in the food industry with comprehensive culinary skills including cooking techniques and food handling
Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items with precision, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to ensure quality and consistency
Supervise and coordinate food preparation activities on the line during service hours
Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations
Manage inventory control, including stock rotation, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift management and efficient service flow
Support dietary department requirements by accommodating special dietary needs and restrictions
Oversee food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations
Contribute to catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes
Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and a positive attitude within the kitchen team
