Position: Golf Course Superintendent Bonnie Briar Country Club Location: Village of Larchmont Salary Details:Comprehensive Benefits PackagePreferred Education:Associates DegreeBonnie Briar Country Club is excited to announce the opportunity for a Golf Course Superintendent who thrives in the hospitality environment while providing exceptional golf course conditions.Daily Requirements:Prepare and maintain the annual golf course maintenance budget and capital plans.Plans, organizes, and directs the maintenance and construction of putting greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and bunkers.Ensures maintenance equipment is properly maintained.Coordinates snow removal and irrigation system maintenance.Manages department staff including Assistant Superintendent and other key personnel.Qualifications:Completed a 2- or 4-year degree in Turf Management or related field.3 to 5 years of high-level management experience at clubs with proven exceptional course conditions.Proven record of managing a Union Workforce.Strong budgeting and project management skills.Located 30 minutes from Manhattan in Westchester, NY, Bonnie Briar is a championship golf course founded in 1921.
