About the Role
The Cove Club, located in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico, is seeking the services of a Golf Course Superintendent to lead its golf maintenance team.
Cabo Del Sol and The Cove Club
For more than 30 years, Cabo Del Sol has been a sought-after destination for golfers and travelers, offering world-class resorts and two acclaimed golf courses (the Ocean Course and the Desert Course), pristine swimmable beaches, and year-round sunshine. The Jack Nicklaus Signature Ocean Course (est. 1994) was routinely ranked among the Top 100 Courses outside the USA and was widely regarded as one of the finest in Mexico.
In 2019, the Ocean Course was converted to a fully private club and became the centerpiece of The Cove Club, an exclusive private enclave reserved for members, residents, and their guests. Mr. Nicklaus returned to renovate the entire layout, and it was reborn as the Cove Course. Today, The Cove Club offers a rare level of privacy and personalized service, with access limited to a close-knit community of roughly 400 residences.
Members enjoy exclusive access to the golf course alongside a private beach club, family parks, a range of casual and fine dining experiences, and adventures for all ages, all within a gated setting designed for those who value discretion and an elevated lifestyle.
With sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez, dramatic elevation changes, and four holes along the ocean's edge, the Cove Course continues to hold its place among the finest courses in the world.
The broader Cabo Del Sol development has also seen the recent addition of a Four Seasons Hotel and Residences and Park Hyatt hotel, further elevating the luxurious amenity that the destination provides.
