Assistant Golf Professional - Ladies' Golf Liason

<p>Quail West Golf &amp; Country Club in Naples, Florida is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to serve as our Ladies’ Golf Liaison and play a key leadership role within our golf operation. This position will oversee and grow the Ladies’ Golf Program while assisting in all aspects of daily golf operations.</p> <p> </p> <p>The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional, and Ladies’ Golf Committee to plan and execute tournaments, weekly play, couples programming, and special events. This position also includes instruction opportunities, member engagement, tournament operations, and golf shop leadership responsibilities.</p> <p> </p> <p>Quail West is a 36-hole private club with a vibrant and highly engaged membership, an active tournament calendar, and a team-oriented culture focused on service, hospitality, and providing an exceptional golf experience.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated PGA or LPGA Professional looking to take ownership of a major program and grow within a premier private club operation.</p>
