Experience Required
PGA Associate, PGA Member, or willingness to begin the PGA program
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for service, growth, and contributing to a team environment
Experience with Golf Genius, TrackMan, or comparable golf technologies (preferred, not required)
Desire to play, teach, and continually improve as a golf professional
Essential Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Deliver Outstanding Member Service
Provide exceptional hospitality and communication to members and guests
Assist with tee sheet management, starting duties, and pace-of-play monitoring
Support the training and leadership of outside services staff
Ensure a welcoming and organized golf environment each day Event & Tournament Operations:
Help plan and execute a robust schedule of tournaments and leagues, including: Men’s & Women’s Leagues
Member-Guest Events
Club Championships
Couples Golf
Junior Golf Programs
Non-Member Outings
Use Golf Genius for pairings, scoring, scoreboards, and results presentation
Represent the professional staff with energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail Player Development & Instruction:
Teach private and group lessons across all skill levels
Assist in leading and growing a popular Junior Golf Program
PGA Jr. League - coach
Utilize TrackMan technology and modern coaching methods to enhance learning
Support off-season simulator instruction and skill development programs Golf Shop & Merchandising:
Support a successful and well-curated golf shop
Assist with merchandising, inventory management, receiving, and display execution
Engage members with product knowledge and a friendly, consultative sales approach Practice Facility & Simulator Operations:
Oversee a top-tier range and short-game practice experience
Support TrackMan simulator leagues, events, and winter programming
