Pay Range: $21.00- $27.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair mowing equipment, maintenance vehicles, and power toolsPerform routine inspections, servicing, and adjustments to ensure optimal performanceDiagnose and repair hydraulic systems, tires, and engine componentsAssist with tool management and staff training on proper equipment careSupport the maintenance team by operating mowing equipment as neededEnsure clean and safe work areas at all timesHelp with fabrication, body repairs, and paintingPromote safety and follow best practices in all tasksTake on additional responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years in small engine repair and maintenance preferredLicense: Must have a valid driver’s licenseSkills: Quick learner, works well in fast-paced environmentsLanguage: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
