Provide leadership, proactive problem solving and decision-making skills, solid time management to maintain Unity Village 9-hole golf course.Essential Job Functions:Oversees the completion of work assignments by crewmembers and assists with field decisions regarding job procedures, work standards and equipment use.Assists in training new hires on proper operation of all related equipment.Operates greens mowers, tee mowers, fairway mowers, sand trap rakes, sprayers, tractors, fertilizer spreaders, loaders, chain saws, trimmers, edger, deck mowers, aerifiers, top dressers, sod cutters and other specialized golf course equipment. and maintenance on units.
