Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly and organized Country Club Receptionist & Membership Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing excellent customer service and support in all administrative aspects of the club's operations. You will assist in managing memberships, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the reception desk.
Key Responsibilities
Greet members, guests, and visitors in a warm and professional mannerAnswer phone calls and respond to email inquiries regarding club services, memberships, and eventsMaintain accurate membership records, including new sign-ups, renewals, and updatesAssist with membership inquiries, applications, and billing questionsProvide information on club amenities, events, and upcoming programsCoordinate with other departments to ensure member needs are met efficientlyHandle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondenceAssist with special projects and events as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles preferredStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment (e.g., fax, copier)Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and demeanorExperience with club management software or membership databases is a plusA passion for providing exceptional customer service
