In our agronomy program, you will be fully immersed in all facets of golf course management. You will work directly alongside the Golf Course Superintendent and our leadership team in the daily decision-making, planning, and execution; gaining a deep understanding of how championship conditions are produced and maintained.

Responsibilities and Opportunities
● Oversee and assist with all golf course operations.
● Plan and execute daily tasks to provide an exceptional golf experience.
● Teach and train employees on common maintenance practices.
● Moisture management principles for tournament-level conditioning.
● Application and calibration of fertilizers and plant protectants.
● Lead crews on projects throughout the property.
● Continued education through local and national associations.
● Enrollment in a Turfgrass Management or related program preferred.
● Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
● Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
● Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with Superintendent, Agronomy staff,
seasonal employees, as well as members and guests.
