Key Responsibilities: Support the Superintendent in overseeing daily maintenance of the Gold Course golf course and surrounding grounds, including practice facilities and landscaped areas.
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring agronomic practices, including mowing schedules, chemical applications, irrigation, and pest/disease management.
Provide supervision, training, and development of grounds staff to promote team engagement and continuous improvement.
Take a leadership role in crew management and communication, ensuring high standards of execution.
Monitor and adjust irrigation systems for optimal turf health and water efficiency.
Collaborate with equipment technicians to ensure proper use and care of machinery.
Support recordkeeping including chemical applications, weather data, and labor reports.
Assist with tournament preparation— including the upcoming PGA Tour event—and special events to ensure flawless course presentation.
Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
