Job Overview
We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance team. This position is responsible for helping maintain the beauty, playability, and overall condition of the golf course. Team members work outdoors in all weather conditions and take pride in providing an exceptional playing experience for our members and guests.
Responsibilities
Maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and other turf areas.Operate and maintain landscaping and turf equipment safely.Rake bunkers and repair divots and ball marks.Trim trees, shrubs, and landscape beds.Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs.Apply fertilizers, seed, and other turf care products as directed.Pick up debris and keep the course clean and well-maintained.Assist with special course projects and seasonal maintenance.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Work as part of a team to prepare the course for daily play.Qualifications
Previous golf course or landscaping experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train motivated individuals.Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.Reliable transportation and strong attendance.Ability to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.Valid driver's license is preferred.Pay: From $17.00 per hour
