Job Summary: Manage the City of Pierz Golf Course grounds, including maintenance and operations Supervise ground crew and seasonal laborers Develop hiring plans for seasonal staff Ensure year-round maintenance of the Park Complex Collaborate on golf course improvements with City stakeholders Scope of Responsibility: Oversee daily park operations, including the golf course and campground Plan for maintenance and capital improvements Promote a safe and positive work environment Attend council and park board meetings Stay current with industry trainings and certifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage golf course grounds and maintenance Protect golf course quality year-round Supervise ground crew and seasonal laborers Develop hiring plans for seasonal staff Maintain park and campground year-round Operate and maintain equipment Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained Assists Public Works with snow/ice removal during off-season.
