Position Overview
As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will supervise the daily operations of the club's restaurant and guarantee top-notch service while adhering to established standards and safety protocols. Your primary goal is to ensure exceptional operations and member service that exceeds expectations. You will also be actively engaged in providing service during both busy and quiet periods to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Invited's service standards as established in the training program.Oversee food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring adherence to the highest service standards.Support and supervise service staff, maintaining consistent quality and exceptional member experiences.Accurately handle member and guest orders and special requests.Facilitate training and incentive programs to develop a skilled team that excels in service.Review reservation books and event sheets for shifts, ensuring accurate setup for events.Initiate and complete opening and closing procedures for shifts.Inspect the cleanliness and setup of rooms ahead of service events.Document essential information in the shift log for seamless communication across shifts.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and available beverages.Engage in daily team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing education as needed.Ensure completion of daily assignments and maintain work areas to club standards.Interact professionally with members and guests, accommodating last-minute requests swiftly.Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support club operations.Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant or club-related role within the food and beverage industry.Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as ServeSafe Food Handlers, ABC Certification, and CPR Certification.Completion of food & beverage online training modules.Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and engage in physical activity for extended periods.Capable of working in various temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust or fumes.Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally.Strong communication skills, including talking and hearing.Work Schedule
