Job Summary As the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day restaurant services, ensuring each member enjoys an exceptional dining experience. This role aligns food and beverage services with club standards for service quality and safety, striving to exceed member expectations. In this hands-on management position, you will support the Restaurant Director during busy meal periods and step in directly to ensure smooth operations during quieter times. Reporting Structure Reports to the Restaurant Director, Food & Beverage Director, or Assistant Food & Beverage Director Day to Day Responsibilities • Maintain high Invited service standards at all times. • Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to members and guests, showcasing Invited's commitment to excellence. • Ensure orders are executed accurately and delivered promptly. • Supervise service staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service. • Monitor reservations and communicate shift functions to the team. • Oversee room setups in line with reservations and ensure cleanliness for service hours or events. • Complete opening and closing procedures for shifts as scheduled. • Ensure daily tasks are completed in accordance with service expectations for a clean and organized workspace. • Assist in training and developing service team members to maintain service excellence. • Participate in or lead staff meetings and training sessions. • Maintain an extensive knowledge of menu items, features, and wine offerings. • Record information for seamless communication between shifts. • Foster effective team communication regarding updates and special instructions. Additional Duties • Be flexible to support team members and take on other tasks as assigned. • Adhere to company, club, and departmental policies and procedures. • Uphold the company standards of ethics and integrity in all interactions. • Promote safety in the workplace by complying with guidelines and encouraging others to do the same. • Engage in personal and professional development and maintain relevant certifications. • Address and resolve operational challenges effectively, coordinating with regional and corporate teams as necessary. About You Required • A high school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a restaurant or club setting. Preferred • Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety certification, and other relevant training certifications. • Strong experience in handling sensitive information. • Proficiency with computer software and excellent communication and leadership skills. Physical Requirements • Ability to perform physical activities for extended periods. • Capable of working in varying temperatures and environments. • Able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally. Work Schedule Availability according to weekly schedules, including additional hours as required to meet position demands, including weekends and holidays.
