About Fyre

Fyre Lake Golf Club is a destination golf experience built around our Jack Nicklaus Design course, private golf Takeovers, and Stay & Play packages. With accommodations in the Villas at Fyre, King Suites, and The Reserve at Fyre, we give guests an experience that feels like having their own private golf club.

We are looking for a hands-on Hospitality Director to lead that experience—from the first conversation before arrival to the final goodbye.

The Role

Reporting directly to the owner, the Hospitality Director will oversee guest hospitality, lodging readiness, food and beverage service coordination, and hospitality staffing.

You will be the main point of contact for group leaders and the person responsible for making sure our team delivers a welcoming, organized, and memorable stay.

Experience Required

Ideal Candidate

Experience managing hospitality, lodging, restaurant service, private club operations, or a comparable guest-focused business.

Strong communication, organization, and staff leadership skills.

Comfortable managing schedules, purchasing, payroll hours, and operating budgets.

Able to anticipate guest needs and stay calm when plans change.

Willing to make decisions, solve problems, and take ownership.

Available for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as bookings require.

Golf knowledge is helpful; a commitment to exceptional hospitality is essential.

Guests arrive to clean, fully prepared accommodations. Meals and service run smoothly. Employees understand their responsibilities. Labor and supplies stay within budget. Guests leave excited to return—and the owner can rely on you to manage the hospitality operation.

Guest Experience

Communicate with group leaders before arrival to confirm guest counts, accommodations, meal plans, dietary needs, and special requests.

Welcome arriving groups, explain their experience, and remain accessible throughout their stay.

Coordinate daily plans with the golf operations team.

Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Follow up after departure, gather feedback, and coordinate repeat booking opportunities with the owner.

Lodging Operations

Oversee guest readiness across the Villas, King Suites, and Reserve.

Coordinate housekeeping, inspections, supplies, and property turnovers.

Check accommodations before arrival for cleanliness, presentation, and working amenities.

Report maintenance needs and follow through on repairs.

Food & Beverage Hospitality

Coordinate with the chef and service staff to deliver breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverage service.

Make sure meal timing and service fit each group’s golf schedule.

Oversee dining setup, presentation, stocking, and cleanup.

Monitor hospitality supplies, purchasing, inventory, and waste.

Team Leadership & Accountability

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise hospitality and housekeeping employees.

Build staffing plans around arrival days, full golf days, and departure days.

Track employee hours and manage labor within approved budgets.

Establish clear service standards and hold the team accountable.

Work alongside employees during busy periods and lead by example.
