Responsibilities
Assists with day-to-day golf shop operations, including check-in, tee times, merchandise sales, and member serviceSupports tournament operations, leagues, clinics, and club eventsProvides professional instruction to golfers of all skill levelsMaintains pace of play and ensures an enjoyable on-course experienceAssists with outside operations, cart fleet readiness, and practice facility presentationHelps manage inventory, merchandising displays, and special ordersUpholds club standards and creates a welcoming atmosphere for members and guestsSupports the Head Golf Professional and management team with administrative duties as neededRequirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, dependable, and team-orientedAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysNice-to-haves
Previous golf operations or customer service experiencePGA Associate or PGA Member status (or desire to pursue)Knowledge of golf rules, tournament formats, and point-of-sale systems
