We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. What We’re Looking For: A positive, professional individual who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in hospitality, and wants to help grow the game while contributing to a fun and engaging club culture. The individual will be service-focused, supporting daily golf operations and delivering an outstanding member and guest experience. Key Responsibilities Assists with day-to-day golf shop operations, including check-in, tee times, merchandise sales, and member service Supports tournament operations, leagues, clinics, and club eventsProvides professional instruction to golfers of all skill levelsMaintains pace of play and ensures an enjoyable on-course experienceAssists with outside operations, cart fleet readiness, and practice facility presentationHelps manage inventory, merchandising displays, and special ordersUpholds club standards and creates a welcoming atmosphere for members and guestsSupports the Head Golf Professional and management team with administrative duties as needed QualificationsPrevious golf operations or customer service experience preferredPGA Associate or PGA Member status preferred (or desire to pursue)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, dependable, and team-orientedKnowledge of golf rules, tournament formats, and point-of-sale systems a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays About Troon Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world’s largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
