Front of House Service Staff - A La Carte Dining & Banquet Servers

The Country Club of Buffalo is currently hiring front-of-house service staff to join our team. We are seeking year-round service staff with AM and PM availability. At this time, we are primarily looking to fill two types of service roles within our dining operation.

We would be happy to meet with you, share more about what we do, and discuss which role may be the best fit!

Lunch/dinner served daily, yearly bonus, employee golf, amongst many other employee incentives. If you enjoy working as a team, a positive and upbeat work atmosphere and keeping busy, this is the place for you!

A La Carte Dining Server

A la carte servers provide traditional table service to our members for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a fine dining club environment.

A La Carte Dining Responsibilities:

Providing attentive and professional table service to membersUnderstanding and executing proper steps of serviceUsing professional communication and service verbiage with members and staffMaintaining a high level of attention to detail throughout serviceLearning and memorizing monthly menu changesPolishing silverware and glasswareMaintaining a clean, organized service area and completing side workThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys member interaction, polished service standards, and a structured dining environment.

Banquet Server

Banquet servers support the club's private events, weddings, and golf outings, particularly during our busy summer season.

Banquet Server Key Responsibilities:

Providing efficient service for high-volume eventsAssisting with banquet and event setup and breakdownCarrying trays and executing plated or buffet serviceMoving and setting tables, chairs, and event furnitureAdapting to changing workloads and event timelinesWorking closely with the banquet team to ensure smooth event executionThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced teamwork and event-based service.
