Directly Reports To: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Tasks/Duties Be happy. Be engaging and interact with everyone. Come to work willing to learn and with an open mind. Have fun; if you have fun on the job, so will our members and their guests. Be on time; when you are late, you tell everyone else that your time is the most important. Communicate professionally and respectfully with everyone. Provide first class customer service. Greet the members and guests in a quick and professional fashion. Maintain our culture at all costs. Handle customer concerns expeditiously. Interact with everyone. Have a team first mindset. Respond with “yes” then figure out a solution.

Job Requirements Must have a team first attitude and approach. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be an extremely organized individual. Must be motivated and have the ability to work through tasks independently.

Physical Demands and Work Environment Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach. Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds. Continuous repetitive motions. Work in hot, humid, and noisy environments.
