About the Role

Golf Course Superintendent

Overview

The Golf Course Superintendent oversees the maintenance of the golf course and ensures that turfgrass is repaired and maintained to established standards.

Our 18-hole championship golf course is privately owned and operated by one family, providing a stable, hands-on ownership environment with a strong commitment to the long-term success and continued improvement of the golf course.

We are seeking an experienced Golf Course Superintendent with demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience managing Zorro Zoysia and MiniVerde Bermuda, particularly in the cooler regions of the United States.
This position will also provide the opportunity to work alongside our experienced Superintendent, who has been with the golf course through the many changes and improvements made over the past 23 years. His extensive knowledge of the property, its turfgrass, maintenance practices, history, and past projects will provide an invaluable resource for the successful candidate.

The golf course is also preparing for a major tee box renovation project, and we are looking for a Superintendent with the experience and vision to help oversee the resurfacing of our tee boxes with Zorro Zoysia grass. Experience with Zoysia establishment, sod installation, renovation projects, grow-in, and long-term management is strongly preferred.
