Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Golf Cart Mechanic located in Pomona, CA. The Golf Cart Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining golf carts and related equipment. Daily tasks will include inspecting vehicle performance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing routine maintenance, replacing parts, and ensuring all repairs are completed to safety and quality standards. The mechanic will also interact with customers to assess service needs and provide timely solutions. Qualifications Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team membersExperience and knowledge with golf equipment and golf cart mechanicsFamiliarity with irrigation systems as they relate to golf course maintenanceAbility to deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly mannerProblem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience or prior work in the golf or automotive industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are an advantagePhysical ability to handle tools, lift equipment, and work on-site in various conditions
