About the Role
Golf Membership Facilities Supervisor The Golf Membership Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Golf Members Club Lounge and associated membership facilities, ensuring a seamless, elevated experience for golf members. This role focuses on lounge readiness, locker room upkeep coordination, food and beverage order processing, and acting as the communication bridge between the Members Lounge, Kitchen, Food & Beverage operations, and Golf Operations.
The position works closely with golf staff, golf management, and members to understand daily golf operations needs and to support specialty golf events, tournaments, and member activities. This role is not a traditional server position, but it does involve processing food and beverage orders, expediting (expo) food and beverages from the kitchen to members\' tablesincluding drinksensuring accuracy, presentation, and timely delivery, while maintaining exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail in alignment with Biltmore Standard Operating Procedures (BSOPs).
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily readiness, cleanliness, and organization of the Golf Members Club Lounge, including breakfast setup and ongoing lounge maintenance. Ensure locker room areas associated with the Golf Membership facilities are maintained, orderly, and communicated to appropriate departments when issues arise. Work closely with golf staff, members, and the golf management team to understand daily golf operations needs and specialty golf event requirements. Support and coordinate food and beverage service for golf-related events, tournaments, and member functions. Serve as the primary communication liaison between the Golf Members Lounge, Kitchen, Restaurant, Food & Beverage leadership, and Golf Operations. Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of food and beverage items to golf members. Expedite (expo) food and beverages from the kitchen to members\' tables, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring proper presentation, accuracy, and temperature. Process and ring up food and beverage orders accurately using the designated POS system. Ensure food and beverage orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly and professionally. Monitor quality, presentation, and completeness of food and beverage offerings prior to delivery. Maintain cleanliness of lounge seating, service stations, food pickup areas, and high-touch points throughout the day. Assist with inventory awareness and communicate supply or product needs to leadership. Uphold all departmental policies, safety standards, and BSOPs at all times. Provide attentive, discreet, and personalized service to golf members. Experience and Education Required:
A high school diploma or GED is required. Experience:
Minimum one year of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or members club environment preferred

Physical Demands:

Communicate effectively with members, employees, and managers through verbal communication, hearing ability, and visual acuity. View a computer screen for extended periods of time. Adapt to moderate indoor temperatures within the hotel environment. Communicate with employees, managers, subordinates and guests through verbal communication, hearing ability, and visual acuity. Visually look at a computer for extended periods of time. Adapt to moderate temperatures in the hotel as thermostat is controlled by hotel environmental systems.
