Golf Course Groundskeeper (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Barefoot Resort & Golf is currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Golf Course Groundskeepers. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors at one of the premier multi-course golf facilities in the country while being part of a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional playing conditions.
Position Overview
Groundskeepers play a key role in maintaining the daily conditioning and presentation of our golf courses. Responsibilities include a variety of course maintenance tasks to ensure the highest level of quality for our members and guests.
Responsibilities
Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
Raking bunkers and maintaining sand conditions
Assisting with course setup, including changing cups and tee markers
Trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance
Maintaining a clean and professional appearance of the course at all times
Qualifications
Prior golf course or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work early morning hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
